Meet Denise Flippen

Denise Flippen, widely known as FlippenFaith across social media, is a woman of unwavering faith who empowers others to walk boldly in theirs. With a non-traditional perspective and a fearless approach to life, she operates from a place of deep understanding and compassion, inspiring transformation in those she serves.

As a faith-driven visionary, Denise has worked with numerous faith-based business owners, helping them create, maintain, and rebrand their God-given visions. She is a firm believer in leading with love, grace, and space, ensuring that every initiative she touches reflects purpose and impact.

Recently relocating to Florence, SC, Denise now serves as the President of C.A.V.E., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving rural and underserved communities. In her passion for empowering the next generation, she founded Spotlight on Youth (S.O.Y.), a mentorship program designed to provide a holistic approach to guiding at-risk youth (ages 10-21) toward purpose, leadership, and success.

In addition to her work with youth and faith-based businesses, Denise partners with two amazing coaches to lead She G.L.O.W.S., a transformative community that supports women in Glowing in every area of their lives. She G.L.O.W.S. empowers women to move forward with a Godly vision, leverage their gifts, skills, and talents, orchestrate an exit strategy, walk by faith, and seek wise counsel and support.
